The journal charges the following author fees.

Authors are not required to pay any submission fee. Manuscripts can be submitted and processed free of charge until a final editorial decision is made.
The APC is payable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.
If an author requests to withdraw a manuscript after it has entered the peer-review or production process, a withdrawal fee will be charged to cover the editorial and administrative costs incurred during manuscript handling.
By submitting a manuscript, authors acknowledge and agree to the journal's publication and withdrawal policies. The Editorial Office reserves the right to apply the withdrawal fee in accordance with these policies.
